All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. An RMA request will not be approved after 14 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 954-742-2050 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging; including all registration cards-disks-CDs-manuals-licenses-etc. Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.
