All products
sold by TheBookPC.com, Inc. are covered for one year on parts and labor against
manufacturer defects.
Defective
product(s) can be returned to TheBookPC.com, Inc. by the following procedure:
- To return
products for warranty service, you must first obtain an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number from TheBookPC.com, Inc. RMA Department.
An RMA Request Form
can be downloaded here. To obtain an RMA number from us, please fax or
email the completed RMA Request Form to us. Fax to TheBookPC.com, Inc. RMA
Department at 954-749-4995 or email to
RMA@thebookpc.com.
- An RMA Number
is valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance. Accordingly, please
ship your items as soon as possible.
- All return
items must have an RMA label clearly posted on the outside of each package.
Any package not exhibiting an RMA number will be refused. Shipping charges
should be prepaid, and no COD will be accepted.
- Credit Return
Requirements:

Proper
packaging in the original carton, along with the original packaging
materials is required.

Please
return all manuals, cables, CDs and accessories.

Please
provide a description of each problem(s).
- Defective
Merchandise Return for Replacement

Defective
items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, within the terms and
limits of the Manufacturer's warranty. RMA service does not include returns
for credit or refunds.

RMA
returns will be thoroughly tested as to all complaints and then returned
back to the customer after service. In the event an item of defective
merchandise cannot be repaired, TheBookPC.com, Inc. reserves the right to
replace it with a refurbished product.

TheBookPC.com, Inc. MUST receive all returns before a replacement can be
released. NO CROSS SHIPPING, NO EXCEPTIONS!

For models
which are no longer in stock, TheBookPC.com, Inc. may, at its own option (1)
repair or replace the product with a similar model, or (2) give the customer
an in-house credit for the value of the lesser of (a) TheBookPC.com, Inc.’s
estimate of the fair market value of the product; or (b) the depreciated
value of the product, with depreciation calculated on a straight line basis
over three years from the original purchase price.
- Discrepancies
in Shipments

TheBookPC.com, Inc. customer service representatives will inform customers
if any discrepancy is found in the category and / or quantity of items
received. All products no sold by TheBookPC.com, Inc. will be sent back to
customers without further notice.

Options for Non-Direct and Out-of-Warranty
Customers: We, as a manufacturer’s representative, will
support products that are under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the products you
have are out-of-warranty, phased-out, or damaged and you choose to have us
service your product, the cost of service is $65 per hour to repair/refurbish
any accepted products. Usually the product will ship within 15 business days.

a RMA# with details of how and where to ship your products.
Note:

Physical
damage, mishandling, mis-use, illegal modifications, no serial number
and/or missing parts will automatically void the warranty. All items MUST
be returned properly packaged and protected.
