Return Policy
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. An RMA request will not be approved after 14 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 954-742-2050 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging; including all registration cards-disks-CDs-manuals-licenses-etc. Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.

Shipping Information
All orders are custom built for each individual customer. Generally, orders are shipped out within two business days depending on the current order volume. Shipping and/or processing delays may result due to credit card address verification or other payment discrepancies. For delivery in the USA, freight is based on product weight. Shipping options include UPS Next Business Day, UPS Two Day, UPS Three Day, and UPS Ground. Some rural areas may require extended delivery times. Saturday delivery is also available in some areas for an additional fee. We will not ship to P.O. boxes due to insurance and monetary liability constraints.

Payment Options
Credit Cards and Prepayment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted with no added surcharge. We also accept PayPal for your added convience. If you prefer to pay by cashiers check or money order, please call a member of our sales team who will take your order and direct your payment. All cashiers checks and money orders must include a contact person, return address and phone number in order to be processed.

C.O.D.: We also accept money orders and cashier-checks for COD orders in USA only. We require a photocopy of your payment faxed to us in advance. The fax should be sent to the attention of your sales representative and have your name, address and daytime telephone number on your faxed order. We are taking these extra precautions to minimize are COD losses and therefore maintain our low competitive prices for our clients. The amount of the cashier's check must be exactly the total cost of the order, including shipping, COD fee and sales tax, if applicable. All cashiers' checks are subject to bank verification prior to shipping.

Purchase orders: are accepted from credit-approved organizations such as corporate, educational and government institutions. Contact one of our account managers for qualification and application details. Banking, trade- references, federal-tax-ID and Dunn-Bradstreet numbers may be required. Resellers are also required to submit state resale number when applicable

Specials and promotional products carry a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. Warranty periods and coverage may vary depending on the manufacturer. We are not liable under any legal theory for consequential or incidental damages arising from shipping delays, system downtime, loss of data, damage, or expense arising from product malfunction or defect. All warranties are through the manufacturer. Other restrictions may apply.
