International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Return Policy
  All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. An RMA request will not be approved after 14 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Authorization Number. Please call our customer service department at 954-742-2050 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain an RMA number. Please do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging; including all registration cards-disks-CDs-manuals-licenses-etc. Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, and possibly a refusal of your return.

Returning an Item
 
If you wish to return a system for refund, exchange, or repair, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Customer may return system for a refund within 15 days of the ship date.
  • All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the event of a shipping error.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to TheBookPC.com, Inc.
The following Products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
  • Systems that have been defaced, modified, or physically damaged.
  • Systems that have become non-functional due to user error or virus.
  • Systems that have the warranty label or serial number removed.
  • Systems returned without original retail packaging or accessories (manual, CDs, cables, etc.)
  • Special orders.
  • Volume orders (5+ units).

  3. Once you get an RMA number, it's valid for 15 days. Be sure to ship your items as soon as possible.
Make sure to have the RMA number posted clearly on the outside of each package.
What are the shipping & handling fees?
  Shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated on a per-order basis directly with UPS. The fees vary for the type of delivery service requested.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. TheBookPC.com offers UPS Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. All orders are custom built and usually require 3-5 business days for assembly and testing. The lead time may vary among systems and is displayed on the products page. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders can be delayed because of payment, billing, or shipping verification in order to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions. Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to the customer when the order has shipped. TheBookPC.com does not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.
