AOpen DE5100I equips dual channel SO-DIMM DDRIII 1066MHz memory. The Intel HM65 chipset and GMA 3000 enable it to deliver smooth 1080p video playback and outstanding real time 3D rendering for fulfilling the needs of various applications. For the audio, it can output HD audio to create immersive hearing experience via its Realtek HD AUDIO ALC662 chipset. It also has gigabit LAN and one COM (RS232) ports for greater connection capability.

Included in this Digital Signage package is Scala5, which is marketed as a Digital signage software suite and is used by companies in retail, airports, healthcare, education, manufacturing and more, to create, manage and distribute electronic messages for advertising or information, which can also be interactive, using various forms of visual display media.
